Clerk: Good morning. Welcome to ULP Academic Programs Area.

Lauren and Sam: Thanks.

Clerk: What can I do for you?

Sam: Please, we need information about some programs and the registration process.

Lauren: I’m interested in Robotics and my friend likes Multimedia.

Clerk: In that case, both of youhave the same registration process.

Lauren: Ohreally? What do we have to do?

Clerk: You have to bring all the documents listed in this brochure by February 15th.

Lauren: Is that when classes start?

Clerk: No, there is an orientation month in February, and thesemester starts on March 5th.

Sam: When does the semester finish?

Clerk: On July 14th, then you have a winter break, and the second semester begins on July 28th.

Sam: Great! Two weeks to relax.

Clerk: Not really, students usually use these weeks to prepare forthefinal exams.

Lauren: Well, I guesswe’ll have to study a lot this year.
